A Kansas City place family is entangled in litigation with Shawnee Mission colleges more than particular education legislation and expert services their son requirements.

Two independent hearing officers have ruled that the Shawnee Mission college district violated particular instruction regulation, right after a Westwood couple submitted a complaint alleging that their son was denied wanted expert services.
